Overview The Executive Director, ECP Marketing is responsible for leading Eye Care Professional (ECP) brand strategy and lifecycle management within the dry eye disease (DED) category. This role drives sustainable brand / portfolio growth through scientifically grounded positioning, ECP engagement, data-informed decision-making, and pipeline and indication expansion, in close partnership with cross-functional teams. This position requires a strategic commercial leader with experience translating clinical, real-world, and market data into compelling, compliant ECP strategies, while leveraging advanced analytics and AI-enabled tools to enhance insight generation, planning, and execution across the brand lifecycle in a competitive and evolving DED landscape. Note: This role is eligible for our hybrid work schedule, allowing for up to 2 days/week of telecommuting from home and 3 days/week in our Bridgewater, NJ corporate office. While hybrid work is preferred, we are open to considering remote candidates who can accommodate periodic onsite presence or travel based on business requirements. For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting pay for this role is between $275,000.00 and $320,000.00. The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors. U.S. based employees may be eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives. They may also be eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision insurance, disability and life insurance, a 401(k) plan and company match, a tuition reimbursement program (select degrees), company holidays, and well-being benefits, among others. U.S. based employees are also eligible to receive sick time, floating holidays and paid vacation.
